Sports Assembly

In this week’s Sports Assembly, Ms Fourie taught us a dance! Every action in the dance we learned was related to something we could do to keep their body healthy! Here’s how it goes…

  • ARMS UP!  – Access the energy
  • WRISTS TOGETHER – Increase blood flow
  • ELBOWS IN – Healthy body
  • KNEES TOGETHER – Strong bones
  • FEET OUT – Live a balanced life
  • BOTTOM OUT – Healthy eating
  • HEAD UP, TONGUE OUT – Energize your brain
