Merits
Merits this week were awarded for ‘Confidence’, our theme for this term.
We then moved onto our Hymn – ‘Shine Jesus Shine’. A lively and fun song, with a upbeat tune and a positive message. After our hymn, we watched back some clips from our Summer Music Concert. Which you can catch up with here.
Mrs Phillips explained how she “was so proud and proud that most of the children performed. You weren’t just performing, but performing high quality music. I have taught in secondary schools and they haven’t performed as well as you! Iam so very, very pleased with how you all did and how confident and happy you all were. Every single item was good, not one was bad. And actually, most of them were outstanding!”
Ms Burgess added that “it was so nice to see everyone enjoying themselves and smiling! You were all fantastic!”
