    U11 Football Tournament

A huge well-done to our football team that went to the U11  Tournament this week. This year the boys have been working hard on their ability to work as a team. Harris said, “Our chemistry is pretty good, by the end we were ultimate! We started off shaky but finished really well”

Most of the boys admitted to being very nervous to start but all had a really enjoyable time!

Isa said, “we tried our best and played well as a team, that’s what counts!”

Vahin saved the day with his final goal which left the team jumping for joy! A great effort from the boys – thanks went to Mr & Mr Foster for their help on the day!

    Netball & Football Club

The girls in the netball club and boys in the football squad have had the opportunity to play a few friendly matches against Riverley Primary School the past few weeks.
“It has been an absolute pleasure to watch our children exceed and push themselves while facing really tough competitors. Our children were real ambassadors for our school and it was a privilege to host Riverley at our school.” – Miss Fourie.

    Gymnastics Competition

The children in Yr 2 and Yr 5 took part in their annual Gymnastics competition, this week. They were asked to perform a Vault and Floor routine and were judged on the difficulty and execution for each of the routines.

“I am extremely pleased and proud of each one because they did their very best and challenged themselves to overcome some fears and learn new skills!” – Ms Fourie.

A big well done to our 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners, pictured below!

Mr Manning delivered an entertaining monologue of events whilst the children showed support and encouragement to one another. It was a full team effort from everyone!

These are just a few of the many photos taken on the day – more will be on social media over the next few days!
